Tex-Mex Chicken Marinade contributed by LADY74 (Yahoo!)

1 tablespoon corn starch
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon sugar
3/4 teaspoon crushed chicken buillion cube
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon cumin

Combine all ingredients with 1/4 cup of olive oil and marinate overnight. Grill the next day.

This recipe has a really good tex-mex flavor.
Really good to make fajitas or just for a change from
regular barbecued chicken.
